      2006-2007 the Center "DSCR" cooperating with some municipalities,  carry out a complex of actions with the purpose to help developments of municipalities, for educations of the population, the decision of social and economic problems on places.

     Since 2007 our organization accepted active participation in work of coalition NGО EITI and helped introduction of the General (Common) Project. We have performed sociological and research work  and have prepared review the analysis.

    Since 2007 our organization accepted active participation in work of “Network of the Information and Cooperation for struggle against Corruption” and helped introduction of the Common Project.

     Since 2007, April, 2008 our organization has executed one directions (Poll on  the assessment of transparency of petrodollars) of activity of uniform project EITI by support of embassy of Kingdom of Norway. 20000$

     From May, 2008 till December 2008 “DSCR” carries out the project “Aid program in the liquidation of marriage at early ages and between close relatives by increasing the social activity in Regions” with the help of  Swiss   Agency for Development and Cooperation Office (SDC) South Caucasus - 15995$

    From August, 2008 till December 2008 “DSCR” carries out the project “Increase of activity of youth in struggle against a drug” with the help of  MYS -$  12345,67

" What is  gender problems? " Program for increases of a level of knowledge and carrying out the discussions on a theme among youth and pupils.” $16705     

The purpose of the project draw attention of  the public to problems of a gender and to lead educational work among youth and pupils.

 We need to have several approaches in gender problem. First is in educational system, achieve gender equality in pedagogical methodology, second is implementation of gender education and gender study in educational organizations. In order to fill this gap public organizations need to provide enlightenment works for providing sensible approach in order to define the scope of the problem to young population, and for providing induction works

 «Increases of efficiency the transportation of household waste products (dust) in territories of municipalities” 8800$ (in cooperation with Azerbaijan Youth Union Yevlakh City Majlis), OSI,  January – May 2009

The purpose of the project increase in efficiency of transportation of household waste products (dust). For this purpose we shall acquaint workers of municipalities with new methods which are applied in the western countries. And also, will  lead propaganda works among the population. 

  “Healthy way of life and sports against drug” 18405 $    

In this project, namely the aim is to assist in solution of this problem, to participate in enlightenment of citizens, particularly of young people, to attract attention of all NGO-s, public organizations, relevant state structures to this problem, to mobilize all of them in fight against drug addiction, to get conjoint activity by uniting all efforts, increase of efficiency of this activity.

From January, 2008 till December 2010 - “Preparation and conducting monitoring of 2009 municipal and 2010 parliamentary elections” with support European Commission (in cooperation with Center ”For Civil Society” and “Friedrich Naumann Foundation”)  208 000 euro.

 The project is directed at implementing measures on preparation and conducting comprehensive programmer of monitoring of municipal elections in 2009 and parliamentary elections in 2100.

The project conducts training for 1000 observers for monitoring of pre-election campaigns during municipal and elections in 1000 polling stations.
